Sterling Bowers

Sterling J. Bowers offers a unique blend of determination, practical wisdom, and legal expertise to each case. Raised in eastern New Mexico, his early years were spent in ranching, rodeoing, and agricultural construction, instilling values of hard work and perseverance. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, followed by a law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he excelled in trial competitions and received scholarships.

At the Gerry Spence Law Firm in Jackson, Wyoming, Sterling honed his legal writing skills and gained experience in personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights litigation. Despite the allure of Wyoming, he returned to the Llano Estacado region to serve as an Assistant District Attorney in the Ninth Judicial District, achieving a perfect trial record in prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases.

Sterling is recognized for his storytelling ability and leadership, connecting deeply with clients and advocating passionately for their stories. His approach is assertive yet grounded, reflecting his blue-collar roots and commitment to justice.

Outside of his legal work, Sterling enjoys making music, writing, practicing jiu-jitsu, spearfishing, skiing, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and loved ones.
