Armando graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2010, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He obtained his law degree from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2013, where he was actively involved in the Hispanic Law Student Association.
