Walker G. Harman Jr.

Walker G. Harman Jr. earned his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 1999. During his time at Fordham, he actively participated in the Moot Court Board, Criminal Defense Clinic, and served as an editor for the Environmental Law Journal. As President of the Fordham Student Sponsored Fellowship, he managed substantial scholarship funds to support students working with non-profit organizations. Additionally, he co-chaired the LGBT Students Organization, collaborating with Fordham's Dean to improve campus diversity and address discrimination issues.

Mr. Harman gained valuable judicial experience through internships with Hon. Deborah Batts at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Hon. Judge Denny Chin. After law school, he contributed to the New York City Bar Association's LGBT Committee as Secretary and Co-Chair.

In 2003, Mr. Harman established Harman Green PC, a firm focusing on employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and whistleblower cases. The firm has successfully represented numerous employees in complex discrimination and wage-and-hour disputes, securing significant resolutions for high-income professionals.

Mr. Harman is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Northern District of Texas, District of Colorado, as well as the United States Second Circuit.
