Jerry Salcido

Jerry Salcido co-founded Salcido Law Firm with a commitment to protecting clients in criminal cases, particularly those facing charges like DUI, drug offenses, violent crimes, and sex crimes. A graduate cum laude from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2004, Jerry began his legal career as a trial attorney in San Francisco at the world's largest firm.

In 2009, Jerry and his brother Christopher established their own practice. Since then, he has successfully represented thousands of clients in a wide array of criminal cases across Utah. Jerry's expertise has earned him recognition as one of Utah's top lawyers by organizations such as Super Lawyers and Utah Legal Elite.

Jerry is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California, and Utah. His legal experience extends to representing diverse organizations, including charitable entities, financial institutions, and tech companies. Notably, he defended the California Homeschool Network in a landmark case in 2008, securing the right for parents to homeschool their children.

Active in the legal community, Jerry is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of California, the Utah State Bar, the Utah Criminal Defense Association, the American Bar Association, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. His dedication to pro bono work was recognized in 2008 when he was named "pro bono volunteer of the year" by Baker & McKenzie.
