About Jack Helgesen
Jack Helgesen has dedicated more than 38 years to securing significant victories for underdog clients. As a prominent figure in both state and national injury law associations, he has been at the forefront of representing injury victims. Early in his career, he achieved one of Utah's first million-dollar awards in a medical malpractice trial.
As a consumer trial lawyer, Jack and his partners secured one of Utah's largest class-action settlements in the landmark case of Brumley v. Utah Tax Commission. His expertise extends to appellate law, where he has successfully obtained favorable rulings from the Utah Supreme Court. Jack and his wife Koy enjoy a vibrant family life with their eight children and twenty-two grandchildren, relishing family gatherings, birthday celebrations, and travel. They are avid fans of BYU, Weber State, and the University of Utah sports teams. For 24 years, Jack taught religion classes at BYU.
