Ryan Baxter

Ryan Baxter stands out among bankruptcy attorneys due to his extensive and varied experience. He has served in roles such as working for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee, representing creditors including major national banks, and advocating for debtors at a leading bankruptcy law firm in Utah. This diverse background enables him to effectively handle all aspects of consumer bankruptcy cases, ensuring exceptional representation for his clients.

Attorney Baxter is a member of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyer’s Forum and is admitted to practice in Utah since 2009. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Education plays a crucial role in his legal practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah, where he was a member of the Negotiation Team. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.

Outside of his professional life, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as running, fly-fishing, mountain biking, cycling, kayaking, and scouting. He also cherishes his role as an uncle to 25 nieces and nephews.
