Alan Tucker

Alan Tucker is an accomplished personal injury attorney with a focus on litigating complex cases at The Advocates. His expertise includes handling cases related to faulty medical devices, bad drugs, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death, and accidents involving cars, motorcycles, and boats. Alan works diligently to secure the maximum compensation possible for his clients.

Alan earned dual bachelor's degrees in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Utah in May 2012. He then pursued his law degree at the University of Notre Dame, graduating three years later. Following law school, Alan gained valuable experience clerking for Judge Clark Waddoups and Judge David Nuffer in the Federal District Court for the District of Utah.

Outside of his professional life, Alan is devoted to his family, including his wife and their two children. He enjoys spending quality time with them, as well as indulging in his passions for sports and food, particularly steak. Alan is an ardent fan of the Utes and Notre Dame basketball and football teams, and he also supports the Utah Jazz. Proudly, he describes himself as "a Ute from birth, and an Irish by adoption."
