Devin W. Quackenbush

Devin W. Quackenbush, originally from Utah County, Utah, developed an early interest in law. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, where he interned with the FBI in Quantico, Virginia. This experience solidified his passion for the legal field, leading him to attend Creighton University for law school. As Executive Editor of the Creighton Law Review, Devin was published in the 42nd volume for his case note on child immunizations and religious exemptions.

Devin's legal journey took him to Alaska, where he worked with the District Attorney's Office in Palmer. After passing the Alaska Bar Exam, he became a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Eric Smith of the Alaska Superior Court. This role provided Devin with invaluable insights into effective legal strategies and courtroom dynamics.

Following his clerkship, Devin joined a leading law firm in Anchorage, representing clients in various areas including professional liability defense, municipal litigation, appellate practice, employment and labor law, products liability, commercial litigation, and professional licensing issues. His client portfolio included high-profile politicians, insurance companies, and manufacturers of heavy equipment, helicopters, and firearms.

Despite his success in Alaska, Devin chose to return to Utah, where he expanded his practice. He is currently licensed to practice law in Utah, Idaho, and Alaska, continuing his work in the same legal fields he excelled in previously.
