Ted F. Stokes

Ted F. Stokes is a seasoned attorney with a focus on Debtor rights, including bankruptcy and debt settlement. During his law school years, Ted gained valuable experience clerking for law firms in Utah and Arizona, where he handled various debtor and creditor rights issues, primarily in bankruptcy. He also served as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas LeClaire at the Arizona Superior Court and for the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Upon graduating from law school, Ted joined Denny Law in Tempe, Arizona, as an associate attorney. This firm was recognized as one of the highest volume debtor bankruptcy firms in the state at the time. Ted further enhanced his expertise by working with Goodman Law PLLC, a respected creditor rights firm based in Phoenix, Arizona.

In mid-2014, Ted returned to Utah to establish Stokes Law PLLC. Since founding his firm, he has assisted thousands of debtors in navigating the complexities of bankruptcy and debt settlement. Additionally, Ted supports many creditors in safeguarding their rights, provided there is no conflict with his debtor clients.
