Deborah L. Bulkeley

Deborah L. Bulkeley is a seasoned attorney skilled in estate planning and the administration of trusts and probate. She assists clients in creating comprehensive estate plans to achieve their succession objectives and safeguard against potential incapacity. Deborah is adept at navigating clients through the complexities of probate and trust administration and is prepared to handle any disputes that may arise in these areas. Additionally, she has a strong background in appellate advocacy.

Deborah earned her law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 2011, graduating Order of the Coif. She honed her legal skills as a clerk for the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh at the Utah Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining private practice, Deborah served as an assistant attorney general in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office. Her experience in this role has significantly contributed to her expertise in appellate law.

Deborah is actively involved in various professional organizations. She is a member of the Utah Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on the Rules of Evidence, the David K. Watkiss-Sutherland II Inn of Court, and the Utah State Bar's Appellate Practice, Business Law, Estate Planning, and Elder Law Sections. She is also a member of Women Lawyers of Utah.
