Mr. Jeff D. Rifleman

Jeff D. Rifleman is a distinguished attorney and mediator with a robust educational background. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Community Studies at the University of Utah. Mr. Rifleman is certified in various mediation techniques, including peer-school mediation, family dispute/divorce mediation, and domestic violence mediation. In addition to his qualifications, he has volunteered his expertise in mediating small claims cases within Utah courts.

Mr. Rifleman is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. He is a proud member of the Utah State Bar.

In his leadership roles, Jeff served as the Past President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Association at St. Mary's University School of Law.
