Eric Joyner

Eric Joyner is an accomplished attorney at Parker & McConkie Personal Injury Lawyers, where he focuses on a broad spectrum of personal injury matters. His practice includes representing clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. Eric is committed to providing compassionate, dedicated, and results-driven representation, striving to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Parker & McConkie, Eric honed his skills at a well-regarded personal injury firm in Wisconsin. There, he managed complex and high-stakes injury and insurance cases, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Earlier in his career, Eric served as a Hearing Officer for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, where he adjudicated administrative appeals. This role helped him develop a strong understanding of due-process and regulatory procedures, which now enhance his advocacy for injured clients.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. As a member of the collegiate wrestling team, he learned discipline, focus, and perseverance—qualities that continue to inform his legal practice and client advocacy.

Outside of his legal work, Eric enjoys exploring the trails and mountains of Utah with his family and friends. He also contributes to his community as a wrestling coach at Murray High School, embodying the values of service and dedication that define Parker & McConkie's mission to support injury victims throughout Utah and the Mountain West.
