Thaddeus William Wendt

Thaddeus William Wendt is a seasoned trial attorney practicing in the Layton and Salt Lake City areas of Utah. With over a decade of experience, he has been committed to representing plaintiffs in a wide array of cases, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, wrongful deaths, nursing home negligence, sexual molestation, drug diversion, medical malpractice, dog bites, premises liability, maritime cases, MTBI, and numerous MIST cases. In 2016, alongside his firm, Feller & Wendt, he successfully resolved numerous claims from hospital patients exposed to communicable diseases due to drug diversion by hospital staff. He has also been involved in a multi-million dollar maritime case with 28 injured individuals and recently achieved a settlement exceeding $1 million in a commercial trucking case.

A graduate of the prestigious University of Minnesota Law School, Thaddeus further honed his skills at the Keenan Trial Institute College.
