Clinton A McAdams

Clinton A. McAdams serves as the supervising attorney at Siegfried & Jensen’s Orem office, focusing on personal injury law. He brings over 15 years of dedicated experience to his role, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Spanish from Brigham Young University. Clint earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2005 and gained early legal experience clerking for the Honorable Judge Derek P. Pullan in the Fourth District Court.

Clint rejoined Siegfried & Jensen in 2021 after a successful tenure as a managing attorney at another personal injury firm. During his earlier time with the firm, he was a litigation attorney, focusing on complex cases that required legal action to secure fair compensation for clients.

Before his current role, Clint was a partner at J. Joyce & Associates for 11 years, where he specialized in insurance defense litigation. His work there included defending cases involving automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, products liability, asbestos, construction defects, DUI injuries, defamation, and insurance coverage issues. Clint's tenure in defense litigation, where he served on the Utah Defense Lawyers Association board and received the Horizon Award, enhances his ability to advocate for personal injury clients by understanding insurance strategies.

Clint has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching various youth sports, and participating in athletic events such as triathlons and ultramarathons alongside his wife.
