Jeremy R Miller

Jeremy R. Miller is a highly skilled trial attorney with a diverse legal background. Having practiced as a solo practitioner, in a small litigation firm, and at a prominent consulting firm in Washington, D.C., Jeremy has gained a wealth of experience over his career. His decade-long focus on client relations and high-pressure conflict resolution underscores his commitment to effective legal advocacy.

Jeremy's practice encompasses divorce and family law, estate planning, contract and business disputes, personal injury, and real estate. He has served as second chair in multiple jury and bench trials and has led hearings before Utah Family Law Commissioners and Judges.

In May 2007, Jeremy earned his J.D. from Syracuse University, along with a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the esteemed Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. His academic achievements include membership in the Moot Court Honor Society and serving as an associate editor of the Journal of International Law and Commerce during his second year of law school. Jeremy was also awarded two competitive scholarships and Graduate Assistantship positions at Maxwell.

Jeremy completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, majoring in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies, and graduated in 2004 with two B.A.s and a Certificate in International Relations. Beyond family law, Jeremy assists healthcare professionals with HIPAA compliance and other privacy and cybersecurity regulations. He provides representation during HIPAA investigations or breaches and offers training, policy analysis, and drafting services to help clients maintain compliance.
