Thaddeus William Wendt

Thaddeus William Wendt is a seasoned trial lawyer serving the Layton and Salt Lake City areas in Utah. With a strong belief in the noble cause of legal representation, he strives to deliver justice for those who have suffered and contribute to community safety. Over the past ten years, Thaddeus has represented plaintiffs in a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking collisions, wrongful deaths, nursing home negligence, sexual molestations, drug diversion, medical malpractice, dog bite, premises liability, maritime, MTBI, and hundreds of MIST cases.

Thaddeus has a proven track record in negotiating, mediating, arbitrating, and litigating cases, from low-impact incidents to complex maritime litigation. In 2016, he and his firm, Feller & Wendt, successfully resolved numerous claims for hospital patients exposed to communicable diseases due to drug diversion by hospital staff. He has also worked on a multi-million dollar maritime case involving 28 injured individuals and recently settled a commercial trucking case for over $1 million.

Driven by his Christian mores and conservative values, Thaddeus finds fulfillment in pursuing justice for injured individuals. He is a graduate of one of the top law schools in the country, The University of Minnesota, and the Keenan Trial Institute College. Currently, he shares his expertise by teaching Focus Groups and Depositions to attorneys nationwide.
