Andrew Lillywhite

Andrew Lillywhite is a dedicated attorney at Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen, offering expertise in business law, contracts, estate planning, probate and estate administration, real property law, tax law, and water law. Before joining Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen, Andrew honed his skills at a Salt Lake City firm, where he worked extensively in tax, estate, and business law. He has successfully represented a diverse clientele, including large agricultural operations, legal professionals, CPAs, medical practitioners, corporate executives, board members, construction firms, and various business owners.

Andrew collaborates closely with clients' CPAs, insurance agents, and investment advisors to ensure comprehensive legal planning that aligns with their overall financial strategies.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Utah State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University. Raised in Cache Valley, Andrew is fluent in Spanish, enhancing his ability to serve a broader client base.

Andrew is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Utah and all subordinate courts, as well as the United States District Court – District of Utah and the United States Bankruptcy Court – District of Utah.
