Brent J Huff

Brent J Huff, a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney in Magna, Utah, is committed to protecting Constitutional rights against a punitive and often discriminatory justice system. He is passionate about assisting clients who face wrongful accusations, excessive charges, or mistreatment within the legal system. Whether persuading a jury of a client's innocence, arguing constitutional violations before a judge, or negotiating fair outcomes with prosecutors, Brent is steadfast in his mission to serve his clients effectively.

Before establishing his practice, Brent gained valuable experience at Langford-Ramos and its predecessor, Langford Legal. He also honed his skills through internships at the Salt Lake Legal Defender's Association, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Hill Air Force Base Office of Legal Counsel. Currently, Brent contributes to the Utah State Bar's Board for the Young Lawyer's Division, serving as Chair for a program offering free eviction defense and as a Committee Member assisting veterans with legal advice. His dedication earned him the 2018 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award, and he continues to volunteer with the Utah State and Federal Courts.

Brent's legal career is bolstered by his service in the United States Marine Corps and the Utah National Guard. His roles as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant, Intelligence Sergeant, and Linguist provided a strong foundation for his legal practice. He is especially honored to represent veterans, drawing on his military background to connect and advocate for them in legal matters.
