Dennis Astill

Dennis Astill is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of experience in Estate Planning, Business Law, Company Formation, Asset Protection, Elder Law, Real Estate, and Tax Planning. He served as the Managing Partner at a leading Salt Lake City law firm, where he honed his skills in law, business, and real estate management. His legal practice encompasses both complex and straightforward estate planning, company formation, business ventures and transactions, real estate dealings, 1031 exchange transactions, business advising, and asset protection.

Mr. Astill is highly regarded in his field, holding an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier lawyer rating service. His extensive experience includes managing the largest private brownfield redevelopment and environmental remediation site in the country, the former Geneva Steel near Provo, Utah, for nearly five years before returning to legal practice.
