George Waddoups

George T. Waddoups has been an integral part of the Utah legal community since 1982. Originally from Brigham City, Utah, George has cultivated a strong bond with the state's residents through both his professional and community involvement. His dedication to the law is matched by his commitment to civic engagement, demonstrated through teaching high school seminary and coaching sports teams.

George's educational journey began at Utah State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-law, with a minor in Economics. This foundation in education has influenced his family, with two of his children, Riley and Michelle Waddoups, pursuing careers in law.

After obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Memphis State University, George has represented countless clients, achieving over $300 million in settlements and verdicts. One of his most impactful cases involved a trucking accident that resulted in a $58.5 million verdict for a wrongful death claim, highlighting his relentless pursuit of justice.

George is recognized as a Super Lawyer and has been named to the Legal Elite for his significant contributions to the legal field. His commitment extends beyond professional accolades, as he actively supports charitable causes and strives to ensure fair compensation for his clients.

Outside his legal practice, George enjoys spending time with his five children, partaking in outdoor activities at Bear Lake, and riding his Harley motorcycle through the scenic Midwest.
