Adam J Elmore

Adam J Elmore, based in Millcreek, Utah, is recognized for his extensive experience in criminal law, having managed thousands of cases from misdemeanors to aggravated murder. Adam's legal journey began with a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Utah in 2001, followed by law school at the University of California San Francisco, where he served as an editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Review.

Adam joined the Utah State Bar in 2005 and has been serving the Utah community since. After graduating in 2004, he clerked for the Utah Federal Defenders Office and then spent thirteen years with the Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association. His role as a public defender allowed him to gain comprehensive experience in all aspects of criminal cases, working closely with organizations focused on mental health and substance use disorder treatment.

He is actively involved with the Utah Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers and mentors young attorneys through the Utah State Bar's Young Lawyers Training Program. Adam has pursued hundreds of hours of continuing legal education, including attending the Gerry Spence Trial College in 2006, to enhance his expertise in criminal defense.
