Alden B. Tueller

Alden B. Tueller began his distinguished career after graduating cum laude from the University of Utah in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics. He earned his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1967. Mr. Tueller honed his skills in estate, trust, and tax law during an eight-year tenure in New York City before relocating to Utah.

In Utah, he provided counsel to what is now known as LDS Philanthropies of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for eight years. He is the founder and chairman of Premier Administration, LLC, a company specializing in tax-exempt trust administration and compliance.

Mr. Tueller is a prolific author, having written five books on tax-exempt planning and charitable tax deductions, published by the Taft Group. He also developed and co-authored a monthly newsletter on tax-exempt planning for thirteen years. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge as a tax course instructor at Brigham Young University Law School.

A member of the bar in New York, California, Utah, and Washington, Mr. Tueller is also a past board member of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning and a former member of the CASE Commission on Philanthropy. He actively consults with financial professionals and tax-exempt organizations, offering guidance on tax, financial, and estate planning.

Throughout his career, Mr. Tueller has directed the design, development, and administration of numerous tax-exempt trusts and organizations, with an initial funding total exceeding $1 billion, significantly reducing potential tax liabilities.
