Kristal Bowman-Carter

Kristal Bowman-Carter brings extensive experience to her legal practice in estate planning, LLC formation, probate, and trust administration. Since being licensed in California in 1996 and Utah in 2011, she has been dedicated to assisting clients with crafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and other strategic estate and tax planning solutions. Kristal also offers guidance in managing the estates of loved ones, ensuring a smooth administration process.

Kristal obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, and earned her undergraduate degree in French with a minor in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. Her legal practice spans all California and Utah State courts, the United States District Courts for the North, South, and Central Districts of California, the United States District Court, Central District of Utah, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

An active member of the legal community, Kristal is involved with the State Bars of California and Utah, the Salt Lake County Bar Association, the Park City Bar Association, and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.
