Benjamin H Deppman

Benjamin H. Deppman is a versatile attorney serving a diverse clientele in Addison County, Vermont. He provides expert legal services in areas such as business entity selection and organization, commercial litigation, construction law, foreclosure, commercial and residential real estate transactions, trust and estate planning, probate matters, and personal injury litigation.

After completing his law degree, Mr. Deppman began his legal career at Ryan Smith & Carbine, Ltd. In 1995, he joined Deppman & Foley, P.C., where he was named a partner in 2000.

Benjamin actively contributes to his community, serving on the board of directors for Town Hall Theater, Inc., Porter Auxiliary Board, Middlebury Maple Run, Inc., and Addison County Fair & Field Days, Inc. He is also a former member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports and a member of the Middlebury Lions Club, where he is recognized as a Melvin Jones Fellow and past president.

Outside of his professional and volunteer work, Benj enjoys running and supporting his children, Jack and Lydia, in their sporting events.
