Sidney Ellen Collier

Sidney Ellen Collier, founder and owner of the Law Office of Sidney Collier, PLC, offers over 15 years of dedicated experience in U.S. immigration and nationality law. Her practice encompasses both employment-based and family immigration matters. Sidney has successfully guided clients through obtaining H, L, and O temporary visas, as well as permanent residence cases, including Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, Multinational Executive/Manager, and PERM labor certifications. She also advises employers on I-9 and H-1B compliance issues.

Sidney's clientele spans a wide range of industries, from small start-ups to large multinational corporations, including sectors such as hospitality, international business, scientific research, engineering, technology, accounting, marketing, and academia. In addition to employment matters, she assists clients with family-based immigration, including marriage-based petitions and naturalization processes.

She holds leadership roles as Secretary of the Washington County Bar Association and Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Vermont Bar Association.
