John E. Brady brings more than two decades of expertise in litigation and trial work across both state and federal courts. Having tried over 40 cases to jury verdict, he has also resolved numerous other cases before reaching a verdict and served as lead counsel on 16 appeals.
Practicing law since 1991, John began his career in Boston, Massachusetts, before relocating to Vermont in 1993. He was the president of the Windsor County Bar Association from 1996 to 2002 and previously chaired the Vermont Bar Association’s Tort Liability Committee.
Before his move to Vermont, John worked with the Boston firm Clinton & Muzyka, P.C., where he represented clients and insurers in maritime civil litigation.
