Benjamin H Deppman

Benjamin H. Deppman provides a broad range of legal services to both individuals and businesses. His practice areas include business entity selection and organization, commercial litigation, construction law, foreclosure, commercial and residential real estate transactions, trust and estate planning, probate matters, and personal injury litigation.

After earning his law degree, Mr. Deppman began his legal career as an associate at Ryan Smith & Carbine, Ltd. In 1995, he joined Deppman & Foley, P.C., where he was appointed as a partner in 2000.

Mr. Deppman actively participates in the community, serving on the board of directors for Town Hall Theater, Inc.; Porter Auxiliary Board; Middlebury Maple Run, Inc.; and Addison County Fair & Field Days, Inc. He is also a former member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports and is involved with the Middlebury Lions Club, where he has been recognized as a Melvin Jones Fellow and served as Past President.

Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Benj enjoys running and supporting his children, Jack and Lydia, at their sporting events.
