Brian Sullivan

Brian Sullivan is a distinguished attorney in Burlington, Vermont, with a focus on land use, zoning, regulatory matters, and immigration law. He has extensive experience appearing before municipal zoning and planning boards throughout Vermont, as well as each of the District Environmental Commissions that oversee Act 250, Vermont’s comprehensive land use law. His appellate work includes representing clients in the Vermont Environmental Court, the former Vermont Environmental Board, the Vermont Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
