John F Evers

John F Evers has an impressive track record, having tried numerous cases to verdict. His expertise in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation has earned him recognition in Best Lawyers in America, as well as accolades from The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel as a top commercial litigation lawyer. John holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, highlighting his professional excellence.

John is actively involved in legal education, frequently presenting seminars on trial techniques and jury selection. He is an adjunct faculty member at Vermont Law School, where he imparts his knowledge of trial advocacy to aspiring lawyers. His commitment to the legal community is further demonstrated by his past presidency of the Vermont Association for Justice and his service on its Board of Governors.
