Todd Schlossberg

Todd Schlossberg brings a wealth of experience to his legal practice in Burlington, Vermont, where he focuses on serious personal injury, nursing home abuse and neglect, and wrongful death cases. Born on May 8, 1959, Todd's early years included diverse experiences such as working at Killington Ski Area and traveling in Central America. In 1981, he relocated to Burlington, engaging in various roles including teaching skiing and counseling adolescents.

Todd's legal journey began at Vermont Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude, ranking first in his class in 1990. Following his graduation, he served as a law clerk to Associate Justice John A. Dooley of the Vermont Supreme Court. In 1991, Todd joined a Burlington law firm, honing his skills in professional malpractice, personal injury, and general litigation.

In 1998, Todd established his own practice, dedicating it entirely to aiding injured individuals and their families. His commitment to justice was further demonstrated when he was selected in 2006 among 50 trial attorneys nationwide to attend the 22-day Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming. This experience, under the guidance of Gerry Spence, emphasized advocacy for the marginalized and oppressed.

Todd has served on the faculty of the Trial Lawyers College and participated in its alumni board. He holds Board Certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. From 2010 to 2011, Todd was President of the Vermont Association for Justice, where he worked to uphold the civil justice system and the rights of the injured.
