Seth Q. Peritz

Seth Q. Peritz has been a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney since 2016. After graduating from the prestigious William and Mary Law School, he moved to the Northern Virginia area, where he began his legal career at the Loudoun County Public Defender’s Office. In 2017, he transitioned to a private practice at a small criminal defense and immigration firm, where he represented clients facing various charges, including many noncitizen immigrants. This experience taught him the value of a holistic approach to legal representation, considering each client's background, career, and personal circumstances.

In 2018, Seth joined a firm led by Matthew Crowley, who was the Managing Partner of the Criminal Division at the time. Starting as an associate, Seth quickly rose to become the firm's youngest Senior Attorney, focusing exclusively on criminal defense. His practice areas included DWI/DUI defense, drug offenses, theft, domestic violence, and violent crimes.

By 2020, Seth and Matthew Crowley established Crowley Peritz Law, enabling them to concentrate on fewer clients for more effective case management. Seth's genuine interest in understanding his clients' goals is reflected not only in his courtroom success but also in the strong personal referrals he receives.
