Lisa D. Barnett brings 28 years of legal expertise to her role at Parrish Law Firm, PLLC, also known as Parrish Car Accident & Personal Injury Law Firm. She provides dedicated representation to injury victims in Manassas, Fairfax, Leesburg, and beyond, handling cases related to car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.

Lisa's unique advantage stems from her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Her past work with insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities equips her with a comprehensive understanding of claim evaluation and defense strategies, enabling her to craft effective cases for her clients.

A graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Lisa began her legal journey clerking for the Fairfax County Circuit Court. She has authored and successfully argued two appeals before the Supreme Court of Virginia. Her tenure as in-house trial counsel for State Farm saw her trying over twenty jury trials, further honing her litigation skills. Additionally, her years defending healthcare providers have given her deep insights into medical and insurance practices.

Lisa returned to plaintiff's advocacy, focusing on significant medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases, achieving multiple multi-million-dollar results. Her expertise is recognized through her Board Certification in Civil Trial Advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
