Bryan J. Jones

Bryan J. Jones is a dedicated attorney who brings extensive experience in criminal defense to his practice in Charlottesville, Virginia. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Brigham Young University, Bryan began his legal career in the Louisa County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. There, he gained valuable prosecutorial experience before transitioning to a focus on traffic, DUI, and criminal defense in Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.

In 2016, Bryan founded his own law firm in Charlottesville, where he continues to serve clients in the city and surrounding counties. His practice is dedicated to representing individuals facing criminal charges and those seeking to overturn unjust convictions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Bryan is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Virginia state courts as well as federal courts.

Outside of his professional work, Bryan resides in Albemarle County with his wife and four children. He enjoys playing music with an old-time string band, watching sports, and participating in his church activities.
