Jamel Rowe is a distinguished partner at Livesay & Myers, P.C., where she focuses exclusively on family law. After earning her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2012 and a B.A. from the College of William & Mary in 2007, Ms. Rowe began her legal career with a one-year fellowship at the National Council For Adoption in Alexandria, Virginia. Following this experience, she entered private practice, working as a family law associate at two Northern Virginia firms from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, she joined Livesay & Myers, P.C. as a senior associate, advancing to lead senior associate in 2021 and becoming a partner in 2025.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rowe has litigated a wide array of family law cases in Northern Virginia courts, including high-value equitable distribution, custody, support, and military divorce cases.
