Sarah Haight

Sarah Haight is a senior associate at Livesay & Myers, P.C., where she focuses solely on family law. Her expertise spans various family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support, serving clients throughout Fairfax County and Northern Virginia.

Ms. Haight graduated with a law degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014, following her undergraduate studies at Purdue University in 2011. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2014 and the Virginia Bar in 2016.

Her legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where she served from 2014 to 2015. After relocating to Virginia with her husband, a Navy JAG officer, Ms. Haight transitioned to family law, working as an Associate at Hofheimer Family Law Firm in Virginia Beach from 2015 to 2018.

Following a move to Oklahoma, Ms. Haight served as a Staff Attorney for the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She returned to family law in 2021, joining the Law Office of Afsana Chowdhury, PLC in Fairfax, where she practiced until 2023 before joining her current firm.

Recognized for her excellence, Ms. Haight was featured in the 2025–2026 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Family Law and holds a perfect 10.0 rating from Justia. She resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and two children.
