Benjamin H. Carafiol

Benjamin H. Carafiol is a seasoned attorney specializing in family law and military divorce across Northern Virginia. Born in St. Louis, Ben pursued his undergraduate studies at The College of William & Mary, graduating cum laude. He continued his education at Wake Forest University, earning his law degree and participating in Law Review. He also served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing class. After graduating in 2008, Ben returned to Virginia to begin his legal career, focusing on family law in the Fredericksburg area.

Ben is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association.
