Daniel George Turczan

Daniel Turczan is an associate attorney at Livesay & Myers, P.C., where he focuses solely on family law. His expertise encompasses separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support cases throughout Virginia. Operating from the Fredericksburg-Stafford office, he represents clients across Northern Virginia.

Since beginning his legal career in 2011, Mr. Turczan has dedicated himself to family law and has served as a Guardian ad Litem in nine jurisdictions within Northern Virginia. He has represented over 1,000 clients through Legal Aid Works and in private practice in Fredericksburg.

Mr. Turczan graduated from the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Law in 2004, following his cum laude achievement of dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from UB in 2001.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Turczan served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Machine Gunner, leading a squad in over 225 combat operations during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
