Sarah Patras

Sarah Patras, a lead senior associate at Livesay & Myers, P.C., focuses exclusively on family law. Based in the Fredericksburg-Stafford office, she represents clients in contested cases involving separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support. Her practice extends to clients in Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and nearby areas.

Originally from Nebraska and raised in Iowa, Ms. Patras earned dual B.A. degrees from Iowa State University. She later moved to Virginia, graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2016.

Following law school, Ms. Patras gained valuable experience clerking for a Virginia Circuit Court judge for a year. She joined Livesay & Myers, P.C. in 2017, relocating to the Fredericksburg area.
