David K Easlick Jr

David K Easlick Jr. has dedicated his career to serving as an expert witness in cases involving hazing and risk management within fraternities. Since 2016, he has participated in over 25 significant matters, focusing on hazing and substance abuse-related incidents. While primarily representing plaintiffs, he has also provided his expertise to a national fraternity and two individual defendants.

As an "anti-hazing and risk management Specialist," David brings a wealth of experience from his 29-year tenure as the Executive Director of Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity. During this time, he became intimately familiar with the conduct of undergraduate men on college campuses and worked tirelessly to combat and eradicate hazing.

David's extensive involvement in the fraternity community includes being a member of the Fraternity Executives Association for 30 years, a past delegate and current affiliate member of the North American Inter-Fraternity Conference, and an associate member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors. He is also a business and nonprofit member of NASPA and a past member of FIPG and FRMT. His comprehensive knowledge makes him a highly qualified expert witness in fraternal lawsuits, providing insights into industry standards and best practices.
