Sarah Rose

Growing up in Maryland, Sarah Rose always felt a connection to Virginia. She pursued her undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary, graduating in 2010. Sarah then attended the University of Richmond School of Law, where she excelled academically and served as a manuscripts editor for the Law Review. Her involvement extended to the Client Counseling and Negotiations Board, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and as Vice President of the Women’s Law Student Association.

After earning her degree cum laude in 2015, Sarah initially worked in mass tort litigation but soon focused her career on personal injury law. Her early career included working for a leading insurance company, which honed her skills in litigation, negotiation, and legal writing. Transitioning to plaintiff’s work further enriched her expertise.

Sarah is licensed by the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia. She actively participates in the legal community as a member of the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association, where she mentors law students, and the Workers' Compensation Inns of Court.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys building Lego sets and spending time outdoors, hiking and camping with her husband.
