Lindsay Barton

Lindsay M. Barton is an accomplished associate attorney dedicated to guiding clients through Real Estate, Estate Planning, Civil Litigation, and various other legal matters. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was an active member of Alpha Phi Sorority. Her academic journey included a transformative study and work experience in Spain, which enriched her understanding of Spanish culture, politics, and legal systems.

Lindsay obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she excelled as a top oralist and brief writer for the Scott Moot Court Team. Initially practicing in California, Lindsay transitioned to Virginia in 2015; she continues to hold active licenses in both states. Her diverse legal experience spans public interest law, gang prosecution, insurance defense, domestic relations, and estate planning. Additionally, she is certified as a Guardian ad Litem for children.

A contributing author to “A Legal Resource Guide to Navigating Breast Healthcare Options in Fresno County,” Lindsay is committed to community involvement and making a positive impact. Residing in Chesapeake, Virginia, with her husband and son, she enjoys boating, traveling, and offshore fishing.
