Malcolm McConnell

Malcolm "Mic" McConnell serves as the lead medical malpractice attorney at Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen, bringing a wealth of experience since beginning his legal career in 1987. He possesses a comprehensive track record, having settled or tried cases across nearly every medical specialty. Recognized for his professional excellence, Mic holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, the highest accolade for legal competency and ethics.

His achievements include being listed in Virginia's Super Lawyers annually since 2006 and in Best Lawyers in America every year since 2007. Notably, he was named Richmond's Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in both 2013 and 2016.

Mic is among the select few attorneys in the nation who are Board Certified in Medical Malpractice Law by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys (ABPLA). He contributes to the legal community as a member of the Board of Governors of the ABPLA and actively participates in the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. As Chair of the Medical Malpractice Legislative Subcommittee, he also serves on the VTLA's Board of Governors.
