Priti Khanna

Priti Khanna founded Khanna Law in 2015 after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia, to Herndon, Virginia. Her practice focuses on family law, divorce, and immigration law, where she adeptly manages intricate custody, divorce, child support, and family-related immigration cases.

Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Priti pursued a legal career to directly assist individuals with their legal challenges. During her law school years, she actively participated in non-profit legal organizations, supporting victims of domestic violence and immigrants. Upon graduating, Priti served as a staff attorney at the State Court of Georgia, gaining valuable insights into the legal system.

Transitioning to private practice, Priti acquired extensive experience in family law, immigration, and business law. After moving to Virginia, she continued her focus on family and immigration law, advocating for zealous and intelligent legal representation for all clients. Her commitment to quality legal service is evident in her practice.

Priti also dedicates time to volunteer as a pro bono attorney with various non-profit organizations. Beyond her legal career, she enjoys running, reading, art, and travel. Residing in Reston, Virginia, with her husband and daughter, Priti remains actively involved in the local community.
