Shikha Parikh

Shikha Parikh is a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned her degrees with summa cum laude honors from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She furthered her education with a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Following law school, Mrs. Parikh clerked for the Honorable Marjorie L. Clagett at the Circuit Court for Calvert County, Maryland. She then transitioned into general practice and eventually established her own firm, focusing on aiding homeowners facing foreclosure. Her substantial experience in foreclosure prevention is complemented by her active volunteer work with the Maryland Foreclosure Prevention Pro Bono Project.

While her primary focus is on foreclosure prevention, Mrs. Parikh is also proficient in real estate litigation, civil litigation, business transactions, bankruptcy, and immigration law. Known as a seasoned litigator, she is adept at negotiating settlements.

In addition to her legal practice, Mrs. Parikh imparts her knowledge through teaching civil rights courses at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is a recognized speaker, having presented at the Maryland Solo and Small Firm Conference, and has conducted trainings on foreclosure prevention law.
