About Alanna Williams

Alanna Williams began her journey in law inspired by her passion for debate and public speaking during high school and college. Her early experiences shaped her understanding of the importance of listening, a skill emphasized by a high school English teacher. This foundation led her to pursue a legal career, graduating from the California Western School of Law.

Alanna initially practiced in San Diego, California, where she represented over 400 clients in diverse legal matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, contract disputes, and wrongful banking practices. In 1999, she relocated to Northern Virginia, focusing her practice on family law to make a significant impact in her community.

In June 2004, Alanna joined The Duff Law Firm, where she managed all aspects of family law cases and eventually became a principal. Her commitment to justice and client advocacy continued as she joined Cook Craig and Francuzenko as a Principal in April 2020. Alanna is dedicated to mentoring young associates and tirelessly advocating for her clients.
