David Thomas Rouzzo

David Thomas Rouzzo brings nearly 25 years of legal expertise to Manassas, Virginia, having spent two decades practicing in Ohio before relocating. In the early stages of his career, David concentrated on Business Law, Criminal Law, and Consumer Law. In 2021, he transitioned to Virginia, where he served as a Public Defender and Senior Trial Attorney with the Fredericksburg Public Defender's Office. During his tenure, he represented clients facing felony charges in Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, and Fredericksburg. As lead or co-counsel, David has tried over 25 felony jury trials, including seven murder trials and two death penalty cases, all reaching verdicts.

David's extensive courtroom experience ensures his proficiency in handling high-stress and high-conflict cases.
