Kimberly M Luckey

Kimberly M Luckey is a seasoned attorney who concentrates her practice on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on tortious claims and family law, including domestic relations matters. She has a proven track record in litigating custody, equitable distribution, and support cases, as well as negotiating complex property settlement agreements. Kim effectively handles a variety of tort claims, such as defamation and malicious prosecution.

Kim joined The Daugherty Law Firm in 2011 after completing her law degree in just two and a half years. She graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010, where she was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Board. Her participation in various oral advocacy competitions led to a National Award for “Best Oral Advocate” at the Cincinnati School of Law’s August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition.

Before law school, Kim earned her B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in pre-law and a minor in English from Longwood University in 2008. Outside her professional life, Kim is a wife and mother of three: twins William and Nellie, and their younger sister Scottie. She enjoys gardening, long-distance running, and winter sports.
