Teddi Bouffard

Teddi Shihadeh Bouffard is a dedicated associate attorney at Livesay & Myers, P.C., where she specializes exclusively in family law. Based in the firm's Manassas office, she represents clients across Manassas and Prince William County, handling a wide range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support cases.

Before joining Livesay & Myers, P.C., Ms. Bouffard gained extensive experience at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Affairs. Over 17 years, she held key roles such as Branch Chief for Multilateral Affairs and Senior Negotiator for Multilateral Affairs, each for five years. In these positions, she managed complex international negotiations involving government agencies, foreign governments, and industries, while working closely with Congress to uphold U.S. public policy and legal interests.

Ms. Bouffard completed her J.D. at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2013, concentrating on family law and international law. She holds a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology from George Washington University, which she earned in 2008.
