Jessica Greenberg

Jessica Greenberg is a seasoned trial attorney who has managed thousands of cases, ranging from straightforward hearings to comprehensive jury trials. Since beginning her legal career in 2018, she has been committed to ensuring that the legal system operates in alignment with its foundational ideals, focusing on protecting the innocent and requiring the State to substantiate its claims. Her practice also extends to civil law, with a growing emphasis on landlord/tenant and property law.

Jessica's academic journey began in Princeton, NJ, leading her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in History from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. She then pursued her legal education at Rutgers Newark School of Law in New Jersey. Professionally, she is actively involved with the Virginia Bar Association, participating in both the Criminal section and the Criminal Law Division.
