Mark Steven Paullin

Mark Steven Paullin brings more than 29 years of rich legal experience to his practice, including extensive work in insurance defense. His comprehensive understanding of both sides of the legal process allows him to effectively prepare and represent clients in personal injury, diminished value, and diminution cases. Mark also handles speeding, DUI/DWI, and reckless driving cases, among other traffic court matters within the Richmond Metro area.

He is admitted to practice in Virginia and Washington, DC, and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Washington, DC Bar Association, and is admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Mark has also served as a Former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Virginia.
